+50% watercolour shading or cel shading
+100% fully rendered painting
Modifiers
-15% halfbody, -30% bust
-15% lineart only, -30% sketch only
-25% monochrome shading
+100% each extra character
+25% OC design (based on written description only)
+25% NSFW
+40~80% background (according to complexity)
+50% Rush fee for urgent requests/tight deadline

~2 weeks
